Phases 4 & 5 of this award winning development project are nearing completion for CCG and Sanctuary Housing on the outskirts of the City Centre.

The first phase of the development was started back in 2009, with Wm Brown fortunate enough to be involved in the installation and commissioning of smoke ventilation systems in each of the multi storey residential blocks along the way.

The combination of NorDan UK doors and windows alongside our range of SE Controls chain actuators and SHEVTEC 24V control systems, provides smoke ventilation to protected lobbies by using end of corridor vents as AOV's.
